If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify me by email within 7 days of receiving your jewellery and return your order within 28 days from the day it is received, along with a note of your name and order details. A refund will be made by the same method that payment was taken. It is advised that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
Any returns must be as new, unworn and in a saleable condition. Susan Hill reserves the right to refuse refunds if the condition of any returned item is found to be defective,worn or unsaleable in any way. Unless faulty, the cost of returning products will not be refunded. Bespoke products are non-returnable, and due to hygiene requirements earrings cannot be returned.
