My Wednesday evening workshops run over 4 weeks from 6pm - 8.30pm each week. The dates for this set are: April 22nd, 29th // May 6th, 13th These workshops will allow you the time to not only learn the silversmithing techniques needed to design and create your own sterling silver jewellery, but also to practise and develop these skills further by working on a number of jewellery pieces of your choice during the course. They will also give you the opportunity to embark on more advanced projects. As everyone will be working on individual projects at their own levels, this set of workshops is ideal whether or not you have previous silversmithing experience. The set of workshops cost £150 for the 4 weeks, plus the cost of the silver used. The silver you require can be bought from myself during the classes, although I am happy if you bring your own. Please note: I am unable to give refunds for individual evenings you cannot attend, but I will always aim to find an alternative session to replace the missed one. The price includes use of all tools and equipment, and refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits). The workshops are for a maximum of 4 people. Participants must be 18 years and above unless accompanied by an adult – please contact me to discuss this. Please wear old clothes, and for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair to be tied back. Parking for my evening workshops is in the courtyard itself outside my studio - to get there, turn into the park off Markeaton Lane at Markeaton Garden Centre/Dapper Duck Cafe, go through the gate marked ‘authorised access only’, keep going through the bollards and into the courtyard under the arch. **PLEASE NOTE:** The confirmation email for this workshop will include a parking permit, this is an automated reply, parking is in the courtyard as described here.
