Delivery

I will aim to post out all orders to the UK within 5 working days of ordering.  However, if you would like your jewellery in a shorter time please contact me to check when it is likely to be sent out as many orders will be ready sooner than this.  Postage charges are as follows and will be offered at checkout:

> Orders up to £40 in value and Gift vouchers:   

Collection in person from my studio : Free

Royal Mail 1stClass Large Letter post : £3.00 


Royal Mail aim to delivery 1stclass mail the day after posting, although this cannot be guaranteed

> Orders over £40 in value:  

Collection in person from my studio : Free

Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service:  £6.99


So that these higher value orders are insured they will be sent out using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, and are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after dispatch.  You will be able to track your items, and all parcels will require a signature on delivery.  If you are not in wherever possible Royal Mail will leave your item with a neighbour and put a card through your door to tell you where you can pick it up from.

 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday; any orders placed after midday Friday will begin processing the following Monday.  

 

Please contact me for details or international delivery before placing your order.  The delivery timescales for made-to-order items or commissions will be discussed when you place your order.

Returns & Cancellations

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your jewellery and return your order within 14 days from the day it is received.  A refund will be made by the same method that payment was taken.  It is advised that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, as refunds will not be given for jewellery damaged while being returned, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.

Any returns must be as new, unworn and in a saleable condition.  Susan Hill reserves the right to refuse refunds if the condition of any returned item is found to be defective, worn or unsaleable in any way. Unless faulty, the cost of returning products will not be refunded. Bespoke orders  are non-refundable, and due to hygiene requirements earrings cannot be returned.

If for any reason a workshop is cancelled, I will provide a credit voucher for you to re-book onto a future workshop. Refunds will not be given.

Packaging

 

All my jewellery is presented in eco-friendly recycled cardboard boxes, printed with my ‘Susan Hill Jewellery’ logo.  Not only do they look beautiful, they carry an FSC mark, which guarantees that all materials come from an FSC forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce.  The boxes are presented in a re-usable organza bag.

If your oder is for a gift, all orders can be sent directly to the recipient with a personalised message on a card. If you require this service, please use the recipients delivery address and leave the note that you wish to be on the card when checking out.
