Service Description

Come and spend a full day in the workshop working on a more ambitious project of your choice! Depending on what you choose to make, you will be shown various pieces of equipment such as the rolling mill and dremel, and whatever techniques you need to complete your piece, such as hand-sawing, soldering, texturing, stone setting ..... The price includes the use of all tools and equipment, and refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits). Please bring a packed lunch as this is not included in the day The price does not include the cost of materials. All the sterling silver required to make your jewellery can be bought on the day using card or cash. To give an idea of material costs, approximately £15 of silver will make a band ring, adding a stone in a bezel cup will cost an additional £6-£8, an average sized pendant will cost £12. The workshops are for a maximum of 4 people. Participants must be 16 years and above unless accompanied by an adult – please contact me to discuss this. Please wear old clothes, and for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair to be tied back. Free car parking is available for workshop attendees, details will be sent in the booking confirmation email.
