Service Description

At this workshop you will be shown how to make sterling silver bangles – the choice of texture and thickness, whether you wish to interlink the bangles, or maybe add a charm is up to you! During the workshop you will be able to make one bangle with charms, or 2 interlinked bangles without charms, depending on your choice of designs. With close supervision and guidance throughout the class, you will be shown all the skills you will need to make and size your bangles, including hand-sawing, filing, texturing and soldering. Please note: As this is a half-day workshop time will be limited - if you would like to work on a more ambitious project why not consider our 'Studio Time' full day workshop or Evening Classes? The price includes the use of all tools and equipment, and refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits). The price does not include the cost of materials. All the sterling silver required to make your jewellery can be bought on the day using card or cash. The price of the bangles vary between £13 and £25, depending on your choices. The workshops are for a maximum of 4 people. Participants must be 16 years and above unless accompanied by an adult – please contact me to discuss this. Please wear old clothes, and for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair to be tied back. Free car parking is available for workshop attendees, details will be sent in the booking confirmation email.
