Service Description

Your set of rings will be unique to you - you will be able to decide your own combination of textures and finishes of the rings, together with a wide selection of semi-precious stones, for example Lapis Lazuli (blue), Tiger Eye (gold), Onyx (black or green), Garnet (red), and others available on the day. During the class you will have the opportunity to make 3 stacking rings, including one set with a stone. You will be shown all the skills you will need to make and size your rings, including hand-sawing, filing, texturing and soldering, together with how to set your stone. You will be closely guided and supervised at all stages of the process. The price includes the use of all tools and equipment, and refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits) The price does not include the cost of materials. All the sterling silver required to make your jewellery can be bought on the day using card or cash. The price of the rings will vary between £4-£10 and a stone and setting will cost £6-£10, depending on your choices. The workshops are for a maximum of 4 people. Participants must be 16 years and above unless accompanied by an adult – please contact me to discuss this. Please wear old clothes, and for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair to be tied back. Free car parking is available for workshop attendees, details will be sent in the booking confirmation email.
