> In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled by Susan Hill Jewellery, a full refund will be given.

> If a student has to cancel more than 28 days before the date of the workshop, a full refund will be given.

​

> If a student has to cancel between 7-28 days of the date of the workshop, a 50% refund will be given. If a student cancels less than 7 days of the workshop no refund will be given.  In either of these situations, if the place is re-sold a full refund will then subsequently be given.

> Non-attendance - if a student does not attend on the day of the workshop they will not be eligible for a refund.

> If a booking is made using a Gift Voucher, this will be deemed to be the same as a cash payment and the above Terms & Conditions will apply and the Gift Voucher will be considered 'spent' at the time of booking.
